Troubleshooting: Login & Video Playback Issues

If you are experiencing issues with logging in, sudden auto-logouts, or video playback errors (even if everything worked perfectly before), please refer to the solutions below:

 

1. Security Software / Antivirus Interference
Some security software or antivirus apps may disrupt your login session or block the video player. Please note that we do not use any harmful scripts. However, because we use a premium, ad-free dedicated video server, it can sometimes be falsely flagged or blacklisted by certain security tools.
Solution: Please temporarily disable your security software or add our website to its whitelist/exceptions list.

 

2. Internet Service Provider (ISP) Restrictions
Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) might be blocking our website or video server due to the nature of adult content filters in your region.
Solution: Please use a VPN (Proxy / Fake IP) app to access our site and play videos smoothly.

 

3. Browser Compatibility & Plugin Conflicts
Issues can also happen if your browser extensions conflict with our video player, if your browser recently auto-updated, or if we are currently performing system maintenance.

  • Close all open tabs of your browser, then open a completely new browser window.
  • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Del to wipe outdated data and load your latest account status.

If the issue persists, please try the following steps:

  • Use Private / Incognito Mode to log in.

  • Try logging in from a different device or using a different internet connection (IP address).
