Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before making any payment transactions.

1. Payment & Refund Policy
  • Strict Non-Refundable Policy: All payments are final and non-refundable. Please review your purchase carefully before completing the transaction.
  • Single Transaction Limit: Only process your payment once. If an error occurs or your payment seems stuck, do not attempt a second payment. Please contact us immediately for assistance.
  • Account Consistency: You must use the exact same Username and Email registered on blofficial.com when filling out information on the payment gateway.
2. Subscription & Auto-Renewal
  • Automatic Renewal: If you choose a Subscription/Recurring membership, your account will be automatically renewed and charged every month or year (depending on your plan) by our third-party payment gateway.
  • Cancellation Responsibility: To stop automatic renewals, you must log into the third-party payment gateway to cancel the subscription, or submit a cancellation request to us before the renewal date.
Note: Simply stopping the use of your account on blofficial.com does not stop or cancel your automatic billing.
  • Gateway Modifications: We reserve the right to change or stop working with any third-party payment gateway at any time. In such cases, your subscription will be cancelled automatically, and you will not lose any paid benefits.
3. Support & Business Hours
  • Support Channel: For any payment-related inquiries, do not contact or send messages through the payment gateway during or after the transaction. All communications must be sent directly to quantraxanh@gmail.com.
  • VIP Account Activation Issues: If your account is not upgraded to VIP status after a successful payment, please email us with a screenshot of your payment receipt/billing confirmation.
  • Business Hours Support: Payment issues and verification requests will be processed as quickly as possible during our official business hours. If you pay outside of these hours, please email us and allow until the next business session for processing.
  • Membership Expiration: Your membership benefits will expire before 0:00 AM on the renewal date (processed during our business hours).
